A small family builder that supervises every project

We’re a small, tightly knit family business building new homes and duplexes, and renovating and extending homes, across Sydney’s metropolitan areas. We began in residential construction over 20 years ago with renovations, extensions and carpentry jobs. Over time we took on the design stage and turnkey new homes and duplexes for our clients, while continuing the renovation and extension work we started with.

We deliberately take on a small number of projects each year, with a high level of craftsmanship, supervision and control through every stage of construction. Working this way lets us deliver better quality and a much more personal relationship with our clients.

We hold all the licences and insurances required to build in NSW (licence 215084C), and we’re happy to provide copies. Every contractor we use is also fully licensed and insured.

Meet Andrew

From humble beginnings as an apprentice carpenter at 16, Andrew honed his skills to become the craftsman and builder he is today. With over 25 years’ hands-on experience, he went on to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Project Management. That mix of boots-on-the-ground experience and professional qualifications gives him a deep understanding of construction processes, materials, resources and administration, and a knack for solving problems.

Andrew has an eye for detail and is passionate about what he does. He’s always looking for a better way to complete a task, which is why you’ll often find him on site, quietly studying the challenge at hand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Construction Project Management (UTS)
• Certificate IV in Building Studies, Residential
• Certificate III in Carpentry and Joinery
• Certificate IV in Project Management
