Home renovations in Sydney

Renovations are where our business began more than 20 years ago. Whether you’re updating a tired kitchen or reworking the whole house, we plan the job carefully, protect your home and keep you informed from start to finish.

Renovation work we take on

  • Whole-house renovations
  • Kitchens and bathrooms
  • Layout changes and structural alterations
  • Carpentry and joinery
  • Heritage and terrace homes

Living with a renovation

Building work in a home you live in needs extra care. We plan the order of works to keep disruption down, keep the site clean and secure, and tell you in advance what’s happening each week.

Approvals

Some renovations need a complying development certificate (CDC) or a council development application (DA), and some need no approval at all. We’ll tell you what applies to your project and manage the paperwork with our local consultants.
