Extension FAQs
Do I need approval for an extension?
Most extensions need either a complying development certificate (CDC), which is often quicker, or a development application (DA) through council. We’ll tell you which applies and manage it for you.
Can we stay in the house during the build?
Often, yes, for ground-floor extensions. First-floor additions may need you to move out for part of the build. We’ll plan this with you upfront.
